MIRTI PROJECT STRUCTURE

The project ran from April 1996 to July 1998, and is part of the Telematics Applications Programme funded by the European Commission. It was co-ordinated by Renato Rizzo of the IESS-AE (European Institute of Social Studies - European Association) in Rome, with partners in Austria and Germany.

MIRTI maintains two web sites:

MIRTI was sponsored by the European Trade Union Confederation (Brussels), the Associazone Parchi Scientifici e Technologici Italiani - Valenzano (Bari), Fachhochschule Frankfurt-am-Main, and Dipartimento Funzione Pubblica Presidenza del Consiglio - Roma.

Each had its role and responsibilities outlined and defined within the description of each work-package. These together with concomitant contractural commitments, were defined in a letter of agreement to be issued by each contractor to its associate contractors.
